Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final. We do NOT offer exchanges or returns of any kind. Unless a mistake is made on our end we will fix it for you. We do not cancel orders after they are submitted.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will also require proof of purchase with order number.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at globalstars2023@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Refund Processing:

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
